Customer Touch

Don and I drove to Myrtle Beach today to visit a top customer.  It wasn't under the best circumstances, though, as we were delivering a price increase.  We may end up losing the customer over the increase, but we did the right thing.  Because even if he finds another battery supplier, he knows we value him enough to drive across the state for 15 minutes of his time.  I'm proud to work for Carolina Energy.
