Special thanks to Karen and Drico who made a personal visit to National Fleet this week when they called concerned about low CCA on a brand new pallet of 31's.
Karen and Drico helped them by showing them proper test procedures and offered an explanation of the same, that along with the fact that we dropped everything and went to their location immediately showed our customer that we mean business when it comes to EXCELLENCE in customer service.
