I'm happy to report that, thanks to the efforts of the entire team, we are on pace to meet both our sales goal and customer touches goal for the remainder of the year! This has taken a tremendous effort on everyone's part, and is to be commended. However, we need to keep this up for 8 more weeks to reach our goals! Yes, we have a lot of hard work ahead, but let's have fun doing it! Be creative with your touches, and take initiative...reach out and call a customer you haven't heard from in a while, send a thank you note, even if "just because", stop in and see someone if you're driving by.
Overall we have recorded over 350 touches through the first 2 weeks. Special recognition this week goes to Lisa for hand-writing thank you notes to several customers, Junior for handing out thank you cards, and Mark for stopping to have a cup of coffee and spend a few minutes listening to a customer. Keep the touches going! They matter!!
