Reignite Goals

As you are all aware, we have 2 main goals for the remainder of 2012 that we are all shooting for.  The first is our sales goal, which we all need to work hard to meet, but since it is still so early in the month of November, I'll give the first update on this goal next week.  The second goal is to generate one thousand customer touches over the next 2 months, as we all work to turn our customers into "Raving Fans".

I'm pleased to announce that in the first week since discussing this customer service goal we generated 192 customer touches!  The response by all of you was overwhelming, and an excellent start to Reigniting our business.  Special recognition for creatively going "above and beyond" goes to Junior for handing out Halloween and Thank You cards to his customers, Jenn for driving a battery up to Concord, and Karen for calling up a customer, just because she knew the customer was having a bad day.

Keep the customer touches happening, and be creative!  And, if you haven't finished reading the book "Raving Fans", please do so right away.  When our customers are "Raving Fans" they will keep coming back!
