Trojan Extranet

11/7/2012 - Karen - I was on the Trojan Extranet the other day and found an article about videos that are available for the public to watch on the main Trojan site. I thought this was interesting and actually printed the information for myself to use as touches for our customers. That said I never realized that it would come in such handy so quickly for me. I had a customer that was very difficult to understand and had a ton of very specific technical questions. He was a very nice person and in the effort to give him the best information I could without losing anything in translation I directed him to the Trojan Website and went step by step to the videos. He was very excited to have this information at his fingertips and said he was going to watch them all. I think that we need to let all of our customers know that this resource is out there for them. I think Carolina Golf Cars, Steen Products and Lancaster Golf Cars could use this resource to instruct their Sun City Customers. Just a thought.
